| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of the MDS Consultancy services is to ensure that all procurement of civil works, goods and consultancy services under the proposed project are undertaken in an economical and efficient manner, consistent with widely accepted engineering standards and practices for such works, and to the satisfaction of GOB and LGED.
Assignments in brief
(a) Following the Concept of TA Project, Develop details architectural/Structural Design, Estimate and procurement document of growth Center/Rural Market, Water supply sanitation, playground, green and community space, Rural Waste Management, Rural compact housing, Upazila Sports and Cultural Complex, streetlight, pond and canal Excavation, Eidgoah, Graveyard etc.
(b) Detailed design, estimate of the rural road including site specific (in some selected roads) landscape design that includes road furniture such as bus stop, bus bay etc. Detailed design, estimate of the road structures, bridges, landing station, ghat, jetty under the project.
(c) Management and Top supervision of construction work with the assistance of GOB / project staff at Upazila/ district level.
(d) Preparation/ monitoring of land acquisition in selected places for Upazila Sports and Cultural Complex, Waste Management Plant, Hat bazar etc.
(e) Conducting stakeholder, community participation, share distribution aspects and developing agreement with the individual participants for rural housing in three selected villages. (A legal advisor will also be available if required)
(f) Preparation of electro-mechanical design for compact housing, Upazila Sports and Cultural Complex, Waste Management Plants, playground and subsequent supervision where required.
(g) Preparation of sanitary and plumbing designs for compact housing, Upazila Sports and Cultural Complex, playground and subsequent supervision where required.
(h) Monitoring & Supervision of Upazila Master Plan going to be Conducted by the project in 10 Upzilas. |
