Hiring a Firm for Technical Assistance for Implementation, Maintenance, Customization of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)/HRM System of DGHS and Capacity Building |

This is an important project of DGHS with utmost importance towards the digitalization of Bangladesh goal. So, the consulting firm must have the technical and intellectual capacity to extend the existing HRIS system by thoroughly reviewing and replicating the coding standard, modular architecture, design patterns, domain models, data model, report engine and all functional and technical aspects of the present system.
Relevant evidence/ documents must be enclosed in the REOI to prove the criteria. 1. The firm Must have overall working experience should be a minimum of 6 (six) years. 2. The firm Must have proven experience of large-scale Process automation and Human Resource Management Software development in Govt. Sector preferably for bodies under/within the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
1. The firm should have experience of working with the Governments Ministries / Departments / Projects and
completed at least a project worth of BDT 4 (four) crore in the last 5 years, 2. The firm should have experience of
working with systems of health software ecosystem (DHIS2, HRIS, Open MRS, Open SRP, Open CRVS, SHR etc or Similar System).
3. The firm should have required skilled human resources to develop the software with appropriate experience &
qualification and List (Name, designation, years of experience, number of projects,
expertise) of personnel who can be engaged to perform the assigned task. 4. The firm Must have own office in Dhaka, Bangladesh with well-equipped service/ support manned by adequate qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support of the proposed solution, 5. The firm should have working
capital/liquid assets/credit facilities not be less than 2 (two) Crore. 6. The firm should submit copies of last 3
(three) years audited financial report with minimum average annual turnover of the firm BDT 1 (one) crore.
Eligible Consultancy Service Provider are advised to submit the following supporting documents against the above-mentioned criteria:
1. Commercial Documents: Copy of certificate of incorporation or registration of the firm.
Copy of latest trade license of the firm. Copy of updated Tax certificate. Copy of VAT registration certificate.
Bank solvency certificate. Copy of Work Order by the bidder for large scale software implementation. |
