The Skill Development for Mobile Game and Application Project, spearheaded by the ICT Division of Bangladesh, is designed to equip the nation for the global mobile app and game development market. Acknowledging the imperative to cultivate a proficient workforce and establish a conducive environment for game development, the initiative aims to make a substantial contribution to Bangladesh's comprehensive development. This project encompasses the creation of a mobile game distinguished by its distinctive concept, engaging gameplay, and visually striking graphics. The games are intended to deliver an entertaining and immersive experience, catering to diverse mobile platforms. |

Key Requirements:
1. Strong expertise in mobile game development, with a proven track record of delivering successful and popular games.
2. Proficiency in game design, programming languages, and mobile development frameworks.
3. Creative and artistic capabilities to design visually appealing and engaging game assets.
4. Experience in implementing multiplayer functionality, social features, and in-app purchases.
5. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) is a plus.
6. Ability to meet project milestones, adhere to timelines, and provide regular progress updates.
7. Strong commitment to quality, user experience, and attention to detail.
8. Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the client team.
Development firm must meet the following eligibility criteria with documentary proof of compliance::
1. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to-date valid Trade License, TIN and VAT registration No. and Tax payment/clearance certificate of the previous year.
2. Minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in providing Mobile Game Development in local or global Marketplace. The year will be counted backward from the date of publication of this notice.
3. Must have Total 5 mobile games published in any globally recognized online marketplace (e.g. app store, google play, etc.). The total no. of downloads of any published game of a firm must be at least 10K.
4. Bidder must provide detailed concepts of each of the games to be developed under the applied lot.
5. Must have the audit report of the previous year. Yearly turnover of the firm shall be at least Tk. 70 (seventy) lakh.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the firm shall be Tk. 70 (seventy) lakh
7. Firms having membership of any International Organization (e.g.: CMMI, ISO etc) will get preference.
8. Must have BASIS Membership.
8. Firms have the option to establish a Joint Venture, wherein the participating firms/entities will share joint responsibility for fulfilling all the obligations outlined in the contract. The collective number of firms involved in the Joint Venture should not exceed three (3). Within this association, the participating firms are required to designate one firm as the Lead Firm.
9. The bidder should submit Bank Solvency Certificate, company profile describing capabilities and experienced professionals to execute the assignment.
10. The firm can submit their EOI for 1(one) lot from any package. If any firm submit their EOI for more than one lot, all EOI of that firm shall be rejected directly.
