The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business in Bangladesh. (Submit Work Completion Certificate along with the copy of the contract)
• Minimum 1 successful implementation of the project with the Government of Bangladesh or Private sector or any international development partner in the last 3 years. (Submit Work Completion Certificate along with the copy of the contract)
• Minimum 1 year practical experience of developing micro service based web-based enterprise solution. (Submit Work Completion Certificate along with the copy of the contract)
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022) and income Tax payment certificate along with valid TIN and BIN certificate. Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), VAT Identification Number.
• Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 1.40 crore in last 02 years (Please submit immediate last two years financial audited statements if needed)
• Must have minimum amount of liquid assets in form of an unconditional credit line from any schedule bank of Bangladesh or working capital shall be BDT 1.30 crore (Please submit immediate latest audited financial statements, if applicable)
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 24 (Twenty-Four) months
