| Brief Description of Assignment |

Forest Department under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change is implementing a project entitled “Feasibility Study for Biodiversity Conservation and Ecotourism Development in Bhawal National Park” in Bhawal National Park, Gazipur Feasibility Study for assessing the environmental, physical, and economic suitability for the conservation of biodiversity, Biodiversity assessment, DPP, EIA Report, drawing and design of infrastructure, Digital Map, Masterplan, Communication Materials and the development of ecotourism in Bhawal National Park. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The firm must have 10 (Ten) years of experience in the related field conducting feasibility studies, Cadastral Survey, and EIA for development projects; The firm must have at least 5 (five) project experiences in conducting feasibility studies and Development Project Proforma (DPP) for any government projects; The firm must have experience in working with the Government of Bangladesh to know the Feasibility and DPP format of the Ministry of Planning; The firm must have adequate manpower and facilities to conduct the study; The firm must have an updated registration certificate, TIN and BIN. |

Interested firm must provide documents (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, capacity, logistics etc. in support of their experience and qualifications demonstrating that they are fully qualified to perform the services along with the EoI; Registration of Firm, up to date Trade license, Income Tax certificate, VAT Certificate, Bank Solvency certificate, Audit Report of the last year, Annual Turnover of last 3 years, JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable); Interested Firms are requested to submit their EoI in 2(Two) sets, 1 (one) original & 1(one) duplicate in a sealed envelope and externally marked title of the Service must be on or before the specified date and time; Only short-listed firms will be allowed to submit RFP (Request for Proposal).
