(i) Minimum ten (10) years working experience in financial management in Govt/autonomous/private sector organizations, (ii) Work experience in donor/IDA/ADB/other funded/development project activities will have an added advantage, (iii) Comprehensive knowledge and understanding in GoB and ADB audit system will have an added advantage, (iv) Knowledge in accounting software is required, (v) Computer literacy/ skill are desirable. |

15. Other details: specialist shall have The specialist shall have (i) M.Com/MBA in accounting/Finance/Related subject (ii) Applicants having international accreditation or certification will be given preference graduate degree in finance or accounting, and Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
Specialist will be recruited on individual basis and the main objective of the consulting service (the Service) is lead the PMU (DAE) to ensure proper financial support for projects, procurement, travel etc. FMS work all financial activities on the Project Management Unit (PMU), DAE. The consulting service will require 36 month or up to project period. |
