| Brief Description of Assignment |

The LGED, an implementing agency of the Project intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Expression of Interest is invited.
The Project Director, RIVER, invites Request for Expression of Interest to provide the consulting services for Information Communication Technology (ICT) Consultant/ Software Engineer under RIVER Project |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Educational Qualification :
The Consultant should have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience required:
Ten (10) years working experience on ICT technical field and should have experience with computer hardware’s and networking.
04 years working experience as Software Engineer/ICT Project Manager.
Experience in design, development, and implementation of Management Information System(s) (MIS).

Suitability:
Experience of working in government projects, especially involved in Software/ICT system development.
Experience in World Bank/ADB or other development partner funded project.
Consultant will be selected based on Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultant procedures in accordance World Bank’s Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers (Fourth edition, November 2020) which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org/procure.
