The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 2 successful implementation of a project with the Government of Bangladesh/Private Sector/any international development partner in the last 3 years. (Please provide work completion certificates along with the contract copy to prove the experience).
• Experience in running large-scale citizen access centric solutions for service delivery and office management, public Workflow Management etc. in last 5 years. (Please provide work completion certificate along with Copy of contract)
• Experiences on the system management with more than 5000+ Users or big data in last 5 years (Please provide work completion certificate along with Copy of contract)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh (please provide work completion certificate/RJSC certificate (if applicable)
• Must have valid and up to date (2020-21) Trade license/ Register of joint stock & Companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2021-22).
• Minimum average annual Turnover BDT 03 core for last 2 years. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Minimum amount of liquid asset in form of an unconditional credit line from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh or working capital shall be BDT 1.25 core. Please submit the last two audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must submit relevant ongoing work/contract/task carried out by the organization. Please submit url or relevent documents.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 24 (Twenty-Four) months |
