The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1) Minimum 08 years of experience in ICT and/or digital marketing business in Bangladesh (Please provide required evidence).
2) Experienced in software development and digital marketing services projects for Government/ UN/ International Development Organizations (INGOs)/ Private organization/ MNCs/ large corporations (Please provide required evidence).
3) Experience in providing field-level training services for Government/ UN/ INGO/ MNCs/ International Organizations/ Large corporations/ Private organization (Please provide required evidence).
4) Experience in developing social media/social networking/social analytics etc. platforms for clients from national or international level will get preference (Please provide required evidence).
5) Average annual turnover is a minimum BDT 1(One) Crore in the last 2 years.
6) Average working capital/ liquid asset needs to be the minimum amount of BDT 75 (Seventy-Five) Lakhs in the last 2 years.
7) Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license/ Register of joint stock & companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfil all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 18 (Eighteen) months. (Subject to extension of the project period)
