The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with in ICT business as registered company in Bangladesh. (Please provide necessary documents).
• Minimum 1 successful implementation of project with Government of Bangladesh or any development partner in last 3 years. (Please provide work completion certificate to prove the experiences).
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2022-2023)/ Register of joint stock & Companies (RJSC) registration (if applicable), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2021-22).
• Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 1 crore in the last 02 years. Please submit necessary documents
• Must have a minimum average annual liquid asset of BDT 80 Lac in last 02 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit necessary documents
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have a legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 24(Twenty-Four) months.
