| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Gender Specialist (National Individual Consultant) will be directly engaged with the Project Management and Coordination Unit (PMCU) under Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) to ensure the needs and priorities of marginalized groups such as women, children, elderly, people with disability, are addressed and met. The Specialist will provide a gender analysis of the activities planned and executed under the project and will point out the steps the project needs to take in order to mainstream gender considerations in its activities. |

The Individual Consultant will be engaged through Individual Consultant Selection method in accordance with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. The Consultant services will be commenced on around August 2023.
