The Municipal Governance Specialist (National Individual Consultant) will be directly engaged with the Project Management and Coordination Unit (PMCU) under Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) to assist the PMCU and Project Implementation Units (PIUs) to strengthen local governance and capacity in sustainable service delivery and urban planning. |

The Individual Consultant will be engaged through Individual Consultant Selection method in accordance with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. The Consultant services will be commenced on around August 2023.
