Smart cane procurement and payment system (SCPS) software creation, development, up-gradation, enhancement, integration, operation (cane procurement through E Gazzate, E-Purjee), farmer’s wallet creation, money disbursement through MFSP and maintenance. Up-gradation, Enhancement and Maintenance of dynamic database, dashboard and reports for farmer to BSFIC/Sugar mills level (but not limited to). One stop service system and report generation. |

i) Must have 3 years experiences in Mobile Financial Service Provider (MFSP) business as a listed organization/entity of Bangladesh Bank.
ii) The interested MFSP must have experience of at least 02 years in similar service.
iii) Submission of the copies of all legal documents that hold to carry out his business including vat Registration certificate, TIN, TAX Payment Certificate for the assessment year of 2021-2022 professional enrolment etc. For more details see the TOR.-----bsfic.portal.gov.bd/site/view/tenders)
