| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. Eksheba Domain Expert:
• Ensured the development/enhancement of the EkSheba system by providing domain knowledge.
• Identified and incorporated user requirements to EkSheba platform.
• Ensured support to relevant Government offices for the integration of EkSheba platform.
• Ensured the up gradation of the existing system in coordination with the relevant Government offices.
• Designed and constructed the test cases and validated test results.
• Ensured the integration of relevant software/systems to the platform.
2. G2B Digitization Expert:
• Maintain current and establish new partnership with donors, national and international organizations
• Regular monitoring, data collection and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report for donors;
• Coordinate with RCT team and M&E firm to ensure their support for field research and develop Quarterly report
• Prepare Impact Assessment Report and M&E report in coordination with the consulting firm
• Coordinate with field offices for countrywide online and offline campaign programs with various stakeholders
• Conduct Quarterly in-house small research and prepare case studies and report
• Assist in Knowledge management and dissemination of G2P and P2G payment initiatives
• Assist DFS team in preparing DFS innovation brief and promotional materials for national and international events

1. Eksheba Domain Expert:
I. Academic Qualifications:
Graduation in Public Administration / Development Studies / Business Administration / ICT or related fields and/ or relevant social and natural sciences.
II. Experience:
• At least 6 years’ experience in National/ International Organization
• At least 04 years’ working experience in field administration will be desirable
2. G2B Digitization Expert:
I. Academic Qualifications:
Graduation in Business Administration, Agriculture, Social Science, Natural Science, Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
II. Years of experience:
• At least 5 years’ experience in civil service.
• Experiences in project implementation.

Aspire to Innovate Programme invites the interested eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services in accordance with the Terms of References (ToR) provided in RFA. This shall require confirmation through submission of CV and other documents described in the Request for Application (RFA).
Expression of interest shall be submitted by 11:45 am (BST) on 4 December 2022 via email (recruitment@a2i.gov.bd) or hardcopy.
Interested applicants required to submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the application form (email or Hard Copy) which may be obtained (RFA) from the Aspire to Innovate Programme website: www.a2i.gov.bd or ICT Division website: https://ictd.gov.bd Applicants may also obtain RFA document through email. Those who are to submit hard copy, a box will be kept in 6th Floor of IDB Bhaban, a2i Office, Agargaon Dhaka to submit application & necessary documents. Please bring NID/SMART card for entry at IDB Bhaban.
Consultant will be selected following PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. It is expected that the services will commence from December 2022.
