INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Production of 400 nos. audio-visual documentaries of the heroic freedom fighter of the great liberation war of Bangladesh from 64 districts (the number of documentaries may be more or less).
• The duration of each video documentary will be minimum 60 minutes.
• Commentary/Voiceover in Bengali with English subtitles should be attached.
• Professional movie camera with 4K resolution must be used for filming.
• Shooting spot must be in freedom fighters end |

• Minimum 08(eight) years’ Experience in making Documentary/Film/TV spot/Docu-drama/Animation for public/private satellite TV channels, government/autonomous body/international organizations with valid documents & relevant contract papers.
• Having documents for telecasting at least 05 (five) international and 20 (twenty) national video documentaries/TV spot/Docu-drama.
• The firm must have completed a similar assignment (making Documentary/Docu-drama) at least BDT. 2.5 crore in a single order of the Bangladesh Government.
• Financial turnover and audit reports of last 3 (three) years.
• Having working experiences with historical issues such as the Language Movement and the great Liberation War.
• International certification on quality management system will be considered as additional qualification like ISO certificate 9001-2015 (Quality Management System).
• Working experiences with Bangladesh Television and other private satellite television channels.
• In-house capacity to make at least 25 documentaries in a month.
• At least 5 efficient teams with relevant professionals and logistics.
• Officials of the applicant organization should be affiliated with the institution conducting research activities on the great Liberation War of Bangladesh. |

• Company profile.
• Bank Solvency.
• Letter of Interest (LoI) including concept note for shooting at the district level.
• A forwarding letter stating with the proposal and understanding of ToR.
• Description of organizational logistics.
• List of key professionals with their qualifications & experiences.
• The educational qualification and experience of the following professional staff working in the firm must be submitted:
a) Team Leader: Should have a Master’s degree in relevant subject with at least 15 years’ experience in relevant field.
b) Creative Director: Should have a Master’s degree in relevant subject with at least 15 years’ working experience in Film/AV/TVC/Drama production.
c) Researcher: Should have a Master’s degree in relevant subject with at least 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
d) Video Cameraman: Should have a Bachelor degree in any subject with at least 10 years’ working experience in the audio-visual field.
e) Video Editor: Minimum HSC with at least 10 years’ working experience in relevant field.
f) Graphics Designer: Minimum HSC with at least 10 years’ working experience in the video graphics field.
g) Voiceover Artist: Minimum HSC with at least 5 years’ experience and training in relevant field.
• The Firm shall submit a technical proposal and working outline at the stage.
• The firm will be selected by the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Rules, 2008 and Public Procurement Act 2006. |
