The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Minimum 05 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with a certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
2. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2021-2022).
3. Should have data center facility and experience on data center management and DevOps services in Government projects/MNC large-scale projects (Please provide relevant evidence)
4. Minimum 03 years of experience for design, development and implementation of web-based application development in the government of Bangladesh/ any development partner/ International organization/ private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract)
5. Experience in developing at least 02 successful e-government projects related to public service delivery, office management, Data Management or workflow management and providing support at least for two years (Please provide a work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract)
6. Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 2.8 crore in the immediate last 02 years. Please submit the last 02 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
7. Must have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 1.8 crore in last 02 years in form of credit line or working capital. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents)
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months. |
