| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Four (04) years of general experience in the IT business in Bangladesh. [Please submit necessary in support of general experience. for example, RJSC certificate.
2. Minimum 01 experience in filing patents or IP (Copyright, Trademarks) in Bangladesh or PCT recognized country.
3. In order to be capable to take responsibility the company needs to involve at least one internationally recognized advisor as a consultant having experience in filling at least 01 (One) international patent in PCT-recognized countries. (Please provide relevant document)
4. Must have a valid and up-to-date (21-22) Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Up-to-date income tax Certificate (21-22).
5. Must have a minimum amount of liquid asset in form of a credit line or working capital shall be BDT 30 Lacs. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents)
6. Must have a minimum average annual turnover is BDT 85 Lac in the last 2 years. (Please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents) |
