Qualification and Experiences of Consulting Firm (Details Stated in TOR): The interested consulting firm should provide evidence demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the services.
i. It shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract with minimum 05 (Five) years of general experiences in providing research/study/consulting services.
ii. The consulting firm must have experience to successfully complete 03 (Three) researches/studies to the Government of Bangladesh/UN bodies/public universities/development partners/multinational companies/INGOs/reputed research organizations in the related field over the last 05 years as specific experience;
iii. Reputation of an international standing in the delivery of credible analytical report; with minimum 03 years of experience;
iv. Availability of appropriate experiences and professional qualifications among Applicant’s staff and adequate resources to carry out the assignment.
v. The required average annual turnover of the consulting firm shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 100 (One Hundred) Lac over the last three years
vi. A capacity statement summarizing their facilities and area of expertise (IT equipment, logistics support, transport and office space including technical resources and facilities available for the service);
vii. Undertaking that the firm has not been debarred by any government organization or by development partner. |

Expected time of contract is 06 months. The Consulting firm shall submit 02 (two) copies of Expression of Interest (EOI) (One original & one copy in sealed envelope) and one soft copy (in MS word). Clearly Marked on the envelope or in email subject line Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for providing consultancy services for the “Study on Expanding Private Investment in the Context of LDC Graduation” to the mail & email address mentioned below on or before 08/09/2022 at 3.00 pm. Copy of the indicative TOR may be collected from the office of the Project Director or through email wingchief10@erd.gov.bd. Necessary documents in support of experiences & skills shall have to be submitted. |
