The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number, Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2021-2022).
2. At least 5 years of experience in project/program management activities with any of the Govt./Semi-Govt. entities/ UN/Private sector (Please provide necessary document).
3. At least 3 years of experience of managing project/program activities with UN/ Development partners (Please provide necessary document).
4. The firm should have a proper office space (Please provide necessary document).
5. The firm must have highly qualified and experienced project management staffs (Please provide list of potential HR Pool based on the scope mentioned in the ToR).
6. Must have minimum average annual turnover of BDT 2.5 crore in the last 2 years. Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
7. Must have minimum liquid asset of BDT 1.50 crore in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital Please submit last 2 years audited financial statements (if applicable).
8. Must have experience of using Automated project management software (Please provide necessary document).
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 12 (Twelve) months. |
