Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject with specific focus on development of instructional material.
• At least 5 years' general experience with 3 years TVET/Skills related activities.
• At least 3 years' specific experience of assisting in developing, Competency Standards, Course Accreditation Document (CAD), Curriculum, Competency Based Learning Material (CBLM) and Assessment Tools in TVET/similar familiarity with international practice examples of the same.
• Familiarity with ongoing issues in the national procedure on the relevant areas.
• Multi-skilled in TVET will be an added advantage;
• Good command / proven record in English and Bengali languages.
• Highly efficient in using both desktop and laptop.
• Experience in facilitating skills training programs as a trainer or assessor will be an added advantage.

The place of work is Dhaka. The indicative date of commencement is 22.09.2022 and duration of assignment is 30 months. A copy of the Terms of references (TOR), Standard Request for Application (SRFA) will be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours and the website of National Skills Development Authority (www.nsda.gov.bd). The interested Applicants are requested to apply the position providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Complete CV with attested copies of educational, training and experience certificates as required for the position is mandatory). The applicant shall submit Expression of Interest (EOI) by 2.00 PM of 22-08-2022, in sealed envelope, clearly marked Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for Process Expert to the undersigned by hand/courier service/Guaranteed express from post office. Any EOI received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any persuasion by the applicant will be treated as disqualification. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for interview and negotiation. |
