The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. (Please submit the certificate of incorporation if applicable).
• Must have experience to develop fully modularized middleware platform. (Please submit copy of the contract, URL, and other relevant documents)
• Consulting firm needs to have minimum one existing running web-based enterprise solution in Bangladesh in either Government or in corporate / private Sector. (Please submit copy of the contract, URL, and other relevant documents).
• Must have valid and up-to-date trade license (2020-2021), VAT certificate, TIN certificate, update income tax payment certificate.
• Must have minimum amount of liquid asset BDT 1.40 crore in last 2 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
• Must have minimum average annual turnover is BDT 02 crore in last 2 years. Please submit the last 02 (Two) years audited financial statements (if applicable).
Aspire to Innovate Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate the interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoIs of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
Total duration of the contract is 15(Fifteen) months.
