| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organizing ICPC World Finals in 2022 as executing agency on behalf of ICT Division. The ICPC World Finals Dhaka will be held in 6-11 November 2022. The event includes but not limited to a programming competition of the brightest problem solvers on the planet. As proud host of ICPC World Finals in 2022, Bangladesh will project a glimpse of history, culture and story of its recent achievements to the global audience and stakeholders. Now Bangladeshi Event Management/Advertising firms are requested to participate in this related service. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The firm must have minimum 10 (Ten) years of overall experience Event Management/Advertising in Govt./Autonomous Sector as Prime contractor.
2. The firm should have a minimum experience of arranging at least 05 (Five) IT related Program/Event among them at last 3 (Three) attended by H.E President/ Honorable Prime Minister within value minimum BDT 8 (Eight) Crore.
3. The minimum amount of liquidity assets i.e. working capital of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15 (Fifteen) Crore.
4. The firm must have technical resources and facilities available to materialize Physically Event Management/Advertising in Govt./Autonomous sector (list of staff, IT equipment, furniture, vehicle, camera, Machineries etc).
5. The firm should Provide a list of Key experts as mention in ToR (Team Leader, Event Director, Strategy & Event Planning Manager, Senior Network & System Engineer, Event Manger, Social Media manager, Graphics Designer, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Digital Marketing Expert, Logistic Manager, Event & Logistic Coordinator, Diploma Engineer, content creators, Technical Staff, Support Staff) No CV is required at EoI stage. CV will be evaluated in RFP Stage.
6. Number of 5 (Five) National & International projects/ campaign must be (both in home & abroad) executed by the firm in previous years.
7. The firm should have valid up-to date- trade licenses Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN), Certificate of Incorporation, VAT registration certificate, and Bank Solvency Certificate.
8. The firm needs to submit audit reports of last 5 (Five) consecutive Years
9. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 (Rules 54)
