The minimum qualifications and experiences:
1. Five (05) years of general experience in the IT business in Bangladesh. [Please submit work experience certificate and Register of Joint-stock & Companies (RJSC) (if applicable)]
2. Three (03) years of specific experience in filing patents in a PCT-recognized country.
3. In order to be capable to take responsibility the company needs to involve at least one internationally recognized advisor as a consultant having experience in filling at least 03 (Three) international patents in PCT-recognized countries. (Please provide relevant document)
4. Must have a valid and up-to-date (21-22) Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, , TIN Certificate, and Up-to-date income tax Certificate.
5. Companies that have copyright certificates or patents for their own products will get preference.
6. Must have a minimum amount of liquid asset in form of a credit line or working capital shall be BDT 40 Lacs. Please submit the last 02 (two) years’ audited financial statements (if applicable).
7. Must have a minimum average annual turnover is BDT 85 Lac in the last 2 years. Please submit the last 02 (two) years’ audited financial statements (if applicable).
Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfill all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
