| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of the study is to conduct a diagnostic analysis for RDPP and develop a state of the art institute for Islamic education.
To accomplish this, the study will assess: Preparation of Digital topographical and contour survey, Detailed master plan with zoning and location of building structures, External Water, sewerage and electrification network, Road and drainage system and ancillary structures, Preparation of 3D animation model for the total compound. An Academic Master Plan also need to be developed. The study will guide for having a comprehensive infrastructure for such an affiliating university. |

The intending firm should have minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience to carry out similar task in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies/ Reputed private or Multinational organization and will have to submit the copy of agreement/ completion certificates. Required document: The firm must submit the following Documents:
Registration document (Up to date trade License/ incorporation certificate), Up to date tax payment certification and VAT registration certificate. Audited financial statement (last 3 years); Company brochure, ISO certificate company will be given preference. |

The Consultant will assess the demand of Islamic Arabic University and provide necessary input for RDPP. An academic master plan will also be necessary for the study. |
