INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Scope of the Assignment include:
(i) To study all reports from the inception of the project to the date, collect various documents (audio-video, animation, photographs and documents etc.) from consultant and contractor and prepare a script for filming the salient features, the existing lives and livelihood of local population (socio-economic aspects) and environmental considerations (ecological) also needs to be recorded.
(ii) Continuous filming and record keeping of all activities as work progresses. Sub-phased into three months to make documentations manageable and evaluated by the DEEP and BBA.
(iii) Record the expectations of the BBA and impact of the lives and livelihood of the local population as well as overall economic/ ecological aspects.
Duration shall be 36 (Thirty Six) months from the date of commencement of services.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Interested Firm(s) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, registrations, Profile, availability of appropriate skills/experts among staff etc):
1. Background of the firm(s) with general and overall experience including company’s brochure.
2. Summary of similar projects/services completed during the last 10 years. This shall be supported by authenticated completion certificate issued by the competent concerned authority.
3. Availability of appropriate skills staff (list of relevant professional staff, their qualification and experience).
4. Average Annual Turn Over of the firm(s) during the last 3 years (Audited financial reports of the firm(s) or Substantiated by relevant documents).
5. Company’s Incorporation Certificate/Registration Certificate, Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.

Submission of EOI should be in hard bound form bearing the name and address of the EOI no & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority. The EOI shall be submitted in one original and two copies, duly marked as “ORIGINAL” and/or “COPY” (both copies), in two separate envelopes. All these envelopes shall then be placed in a cover envelope duly marking the name and address of the EOI no & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority. The page no. of the EOI shall be marked serially on every page. In the event of any discrepancy between the original and the copies, the original shall prevail.
The EOIs submitted either in loose form or spiral binding shall not be entertained.
Association with other Firm(s):
a) Interested firms may associate with other firms (Domestic or International) to enhance their qualifications but should mention whether the association is in the form of “Joint Venture (JV)” or “Sub-Contractor/Sub-Consultancy”. In case of association with other firm(s) all members of such “association” shall have real and well defined input of assignment.
b) In case of JV, lead partner must have completed at least 01 (one) similar works.
c) In addition to the above the JV shall have to comply with the experience mentioned in “Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity required” collectively.
d) The experience of the “sub-contractors/sub-consultants” will not be considered for evaluation.
e) Not more than three joint venture partners (including the lead partner) shall be allowed to form a JV for submission of their interest under this EOI.
f) In case of JV the authorized representative shall be from the lead partner.
