| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The TA consultancy services is to provide support DPHE and local government in establishment of sustainable service delivery mechanism for urban municipal service especially for water supply,sanitation and waste management system. The Consultant will design a sustainable service delivery operation with participation of private sector/outsourcing or community management focusing on the increase of the tariffs. TA Consultant will also provide support on the capacity building of local government (pourashava/town’s authority) and DPHE in the implementation of the service provision. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The international PPP Specialist should be a post graduate inEconomics, Business Administration or relevant with specialization with at least 15 years working experiencein establishing PPP programs and financially closed PPP Projects in various sectors, and 07 years proven work experience Experienced in advising on infrastructure projects in one of more infrastructure sectors and, in particular, infrastructure projects involving the private sector preferably in similar position in Bangladesh and or elsewhere in developing countries. Experience of working with ADB or other donor funded projects will be advantageous. |
