(i) Facilitate implementation of the respective clearing house project action plan component.
(ii) Details responsibilities are included in Terms of Reference (ToR). |

Minimum Qualification
(i)B.Sc. Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ICT/CSE/EEE)/ MBA with BBA from any recognized university. (Engg. With MBA degree will be given preference)
Minimum Experience
(i) At least 05-10 years working experience after graduation from university or equivalent
(ii) Min. 2 years of working experience in project planning, preparation with the execution of related projects, and procurement. (Course on PPR will get preference).
(iii) Experience as project personnel of Government and donor agency like JICA/ WB/ADB/ USAID etc. will be given preferences. |
