| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The major objective of the PMCSDRC shall be to assist PMU in undertaking effective project management for on-quality and on-time completion, construction supervision for quality, sustainable and resilient WSS (water supply, sanitation, and solid waste management) infrastructure/services and ensure well-suited designs of these infrastructures, also in view of climate and disaster risks. In the process, designs shall require review and possible updating and adaptation due to implementation/construction challenges. However, under specific circumstances, though limited, this could involve undertaking “new” designs for specific water supply and sanitation infrastructures in these towns. Detailed designs, bidding document preparation of SWM is also part of the objective. |
