| Brief Description of Assignment |

General objectives of the assignment to improve and enhance the information technology system of BWDB. Specific objective of employing a consultancy firm is to develop of mobile apps, to upgrade web portal and develop data sharing software. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
The Consultant should have at least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Web Application, Integrated Enterprise GIS Application, IOT Solution Development, Multi Stakeholder API based Data Sharing Platform, Enterprise Mobile Application. Payment Gateway Integration preferably in Water Resources Management / Flood management / Disaster Management Sector / Utilities Sector or in similar tasks, engaged by Government / Semi- government / Autonomous Organizations. The Consultant must have completed at least one project (assignment) within last five (05) years of similar nature. For more information the consultant are encourage to follow the terms of reference. |
