INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
1. The consultant will plan, design and monitor all kinds of survey works to achieve the objectives of Transport Engineering section. S/he will analyze data, interpret results and make recommendations for future development.
2. The consultant will identify transport routes, transport modes, number and types of vehicles based on survey results for safe, reliable and smooth traffic movement within DTCA jurisdiction area.
3. The consultant will identify tasks related to Transport Engineering section as mentioned in Revised STP. S/he will prepare plan, develop methodology and monitor progress of each task. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The applicant should
1. Have at least bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Transportation Engineering or in other relevant subjects.
2. Have minimum 10 (ten) years of working experience of which 7 (Seven) years in government transport sector projects will be preferable. |

Interested applicants shall obtain further information in Request for Application (RFA) provided by the office of the undersigned which may be obtained in any working day before the closing date. Applicants are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the standard application form provided in RFA. Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and attachments along with a forwarding letter in a sealed envelope labeled with “Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Individual Consultant (Transport-Civil)” to the address of the undersigned on or before the closing date.
