INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objective of the services shall cover, but not limited to the following scope:
a) Advice Project Director to coordinate between the projects personnel including the consultants.
b) Coordinate with all stakeholders to assess, monitor, and improve the progress of the project as per guidelines and standards of the project implementation.
c) Monitor and assess implementation constrains, identify solutions and advise Project Director on remedial measures.
d) Advice Project Director in writing policies, procedures and operational directives for the execution of the project.
e) Monitor and evaluate the project implementation timeline and advice Project Director in timely completion of the project.
f) Assist BEPZA to select potential & suitable investors & positioning them in proper location considering the master plan.
g) Perform duties which deems fit by the appointing authority.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
(a) At least Master Degree in Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Public Administration or any other related discipline from any reputed University.
(b) Minimum 15 years of Management experience in managing / developing Industrial, Residential estate or similar nature of assignment .
(c) Must have extraordinary written communication and reporting skills .
(d) Must have Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) and MIS systems. |

1. Consultant will be selected using the Selection of Individual Consultant (SIC) sub-method in accordance with the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendments.
2. Interested consultants are required to submit their expressions of interest in accordance with the standard Request for Application (RFA), which may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during normal office hours within 19/07/2022. The copy of relevant documents shall also be found at http://www.bepza.gov.bd/
3. Other required conditions and documents of the Request for Application (RFA) documents must be fulfilled.
4. The Application in two sets (1 original+ 1 duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope & delivered to the address as mention in serial 19 up to 03.00 PM by 19/07/2022 & clearly marked as Request for Expression of Interest for the “Selection of Project Management Advisor as Individual Consultant for BEPZA Economic Zone, Mirsarai Project. (Package no. BEPZA S-05)”. The Application can also be sent through e-mail (se.ez@bepza.gov.bd).
