? Company name and identity of proposed solution
? Organization profile (company and association/joint venture partner(s));
? Information demonstrating firm’s operational and technical capacity to deliver work to CBS.
? The company must state its status in the Magic Quadrant published by Gartner (2017 & 2018)
? Detailed information related to a minimum of 5 (Five) previous, related engagements in 2 (Two) local (Bangladesh) schedule commercial bank and 3 (Three) foreign banks. Experience of works conducted in same kind of working environment and circumstances.
? Provide client reference letters or any other alternative confirmation of involvement in providing services to named clients, such as award letters or relevant extracts from engagement contracts.
? Information to assist in the detailed assessment of the ability of proposed systems/solutions to meet Community Bank Bangladesh Ltd’s vision and processes. The CBS to Support the formation and expansion of various banking products in the digitized environment :
Seamless services in customer satisfaction across various Channels including branch, booth, agent banking, internet banking, regulatory reporting, data management and warehousing etc.

Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

? Information related to technical architecture of the proposed systems.
? CBS should be OS independent.
? Database should be Oracle preferably 12C.
? Open API and SDK integration is mandatory.
? Required third party tools for regulatory/MIS reports (If required).
? Detail product brochures have to be submitted.
? Outline typical/recommended approach and methodology proposed by your firm in the supply, implementation, testing and commissioning of proposed solutions;
This should also include the following:
• project plan/schedule;
• nature of work done at each phase of the project;
• typical stage-gates and activities , sign-offs, training (technical and user); and
• Phase / stage deliverables.
? Any assumptions made in modeling your approach, methodology and project plan, for example, estimating availability of client resources/stuff members and data readiness, should be outlined.
? Warranty of one year for the equipments supplied
? Seven years annual maintenance agreement of which first two years will be free of service charge
