INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : (i) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of similar furniture and related services (Packaging & Distribution) in different Union Parishads/remote areas of Bangladesh. (ii) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed maximum 2-3 contracts completed simultaneously for supply similar nature of goods with a volume of minimum BDT 160,00,000 (for Lot-1), BDT 175,00,000 (for Lot-2) and BDT 185,00,000 (for Lot-3) within last five (05) years (Documentary evidence in the form of Purchase Order/Contract/Delivery Completion Certificate to be submitted with the tender); (iii) Certificate/Statement of satisfactory performance from the Top/largest 2 Clients in terms of contract value in the past 5 years (Copies of relevant papers must be attached); (iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset, i.e, working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,90,00,000 for Lot-1, BDT 2,00,00,000 for Lot-2 and BDT 2,15,00,000 for Lot-3. (Recent Bank Statement or Bank Certificate issued from scheduled bank must be attached as a proof of the above criteria) (v) Trade License/Business registration (Updated) and TIN and VAT Registration N.B.: (All relevant documents in terms of Contract/Purchase Order, Bank Certificate, Certificate of satisfactory performance, Tax Certificate, Trade License (Updated), VAT Registration etc. must be attached with bid proposal to substantiate the above eligibility).
