INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

General experience: Reputed contractors/Bonafide firms who have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience..
Specific experience: Having experiences in the successful completion of similar orks amounting to minimum Taka 10.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/tonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of Tenderer shall be Taka 10.00 Lac.d. Updated Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
e. Updated License/Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
f. Bidder must submit an offer letter in their Letter Head Pad mentioning that, they are agreed to pay the net Salary for each manpower per Month within the first 5(five) days of every month according to the Outsourcing Service Principle, 2025: Ministry of Finance, Circular no- 07.00.0000.000.153.99.0001.21-178, Dated: 15/04/2025
g. All Other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Datasheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
