INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(a) Tenderer shall have at least 10(Ten) years of overall business experience in the supply and installation of 11KV, Substation and AVR Equipments.
(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV,Substation and AVR with related works in a two work order amounting not less than Tk.4.00(Four) Crore during the last5(Five)
years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization/International organizations/Registered Limited companies/Private organizations in Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The Tenderers shall have to furnish work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.3.00(Three) Crore only. In case of credit facilities, Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
(d) i) Up-to date trade license, ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, iii) VAT Registration Certificate, iv) Electrical Contractor License, v) Manufacturers Authorization letter vi) Electrical Supervisor license.
