(f) In case of representative have to submit Authorisation Certificate on behalf of the owner (it will be counter signed by the 1st class Gazetted Officer). (g) Affidavit of ownership. (h) Bank Solvency Certificate from any commercial Bank. (i) Two year Experience Certificate of supplying fresh ration. (j) Other Requirements described in the standard tender document (PG-2 & PG-3). k) All Processing of the Tender Completed By the Rule of "The Public Procurement Act-2006" and Regulation-2008"(corrected-2009, 2016 and 2018) All the papers should be attested by the Ist Class Gazetted Officer. |
