Manufacturer:
a) Manufacturer must have valid ISO 10422, 11960, 13680, 13679 CAL- ?/ RP5C5 CAL- ? certificate for every size weight & grade, API Spec Q1, 5CT 10th Edition & API, ISO relevant certificate of Green pipe & thread Manufacturer.
b) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must submit API, ISO certificate of last 12 years.
c) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer have 12 years Overall experience of manufacturin.
d) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must have 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
e) Threader must Submit Green pipe manufacturer authorization. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document.
f) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender (one soft copy).
Supplier:
a) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
b) Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least five (5) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which four (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
d) Supplier have 10 years Overall experience of Supply Related Materials.
e) Supplier must have 10 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have 07 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
f) Bonafide Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
