Manufacturer
1. Manufacturer must have valid API 11D1V0,10D & API/ ISO relevant certificate.
2. Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 10 years.
3. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of manufacturing.
4. Manufacturer must have 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 10 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
5.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least four (4) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which three (3) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document.
7. Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, Liner Hanger & Setting Tool user/operational manual , Drawing design must be submitted with tender.(one soft copy).

1. Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
2. Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare
parts & Rig Consumables products.
3. Supplier must have 12 years experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig

4. Supplier must have 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
N.B: Bonafide Manufacturer/supplier or other authorized agents of all countries except which countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

a) Tender must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
b) Time for completion of delivery 140 days from date of receipt of Letter of Credit (L/C).
c) Mode of Shipment : By Sea
d) Amount of tender security for USD 4,918.00 or BDT 6,00,000.00 or any equivalent amount of freely convertible currency in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
e) The tender security must remain valid for 148 (one hundred forty eight) days from the date of closing of the tender.
f) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable circumstances such as civil commotion, Govt. holiday etc, tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
