1. Manufacturer must have valid API RP7G, API 7-1,API5DP psl-3 for Drill Pipe & Tool Joints, ISO, API Spec Q1, 9th Edition, ISO 9001:2015 for Manufacture of Drill Pipe, Tool Joints, Pup Joints, Couplings, and Rotary Drill Stem Elements; Provision of Pipe Threading and Threading for Rotary Shouldered Connections for the Oil and Gas Industry with Design and Development of Products and Services & relevant certificate.
2. Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 10 years.
3. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of manufacturing.
4. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
5. Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.(One Soft Copy)

• Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
• Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
• Supplier have Overall 12 years experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
• Supplier have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
• Manufacturer Country of Origin USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Singapore.
• Preferred Manufacturer: VAM Drilling, Grand Predico, SMFI, Command, Drillco, ITAG

a) Tender must remain valid for 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the date of closing of the tender.
b) Time for completion of delivery 28(Twenty Eight) Weeks.
c) Mode of Shipment : By Sea
d) Amount of tender security for USD 10,835.00 or BDT13,00,000.00 or any equivalent amount of freely convertible currency in the form of Bank Guarantee or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
e) The tender security must remain valid for 148(one hundred forty eight) days from the date of closing of the tender.
f) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable circumstances such as strike, civil commotion, Govt. holiday etc, tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
