INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

11) The Tenderer/Bidder must be in the business of IT/ITES and must have Authorized Partner/ Reseller of OEM existence for at least 2(Two) years as on the date of notice inviting this Tender.
il) The Tenderer/Bidder should be legal entities and registered organization/government organization/ Public sector unit Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or international court(s) to enter into contracts. In case of a government organization, it must have the permission for participating in the bidding process from the competent authority. All Relevant documents have to be submitted.
iii) Tenderer/Bidder must not participate in more than one bid.
iv) The Tenderer/Bidder should have security specialization of proposed OEM.
v) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience on supply, installation,
commissioning, and maintenance of ICT security products with at least in 01 (One) Organization Purchase Order (PO)/ Notification of Order (NOA)/ Work Order (WO) and satisfactory completion certificate of the same in the last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of IFT) specially Banking/Others Sector in Bangladesh.
vi) The bidder must submit CVs & Certificate of at least Three (03) CCNP Professionals.
vii) The Tenderer/Bidder must have experience of supply, installation, testing, commissioning and integrating of similar type of Products and related services in at least for 03 (Three) Organizations of which includes the Banking/Others Sector on proposed solution. Brief case Studies must be submitted completion-certificate/Reference Letter from the customer(s) along with Notification of Award/work order/contract as proof of experience.
