05. Bidder must have submitted Certificate of Incorporation (If limited Company)
06. Bidder must have submitted last two fiscal year audit report
07. Bidder must have submitted valid ISO 9001:2015, (Quality Management System),
08. Bidder must have submitted valid Certificate of compliance ISO 11064-4:2013
09. Bidder must have valid Specific experience min, 05 years.
10. Bidder must have General experience min. 10 years.
11. Bidder must have valid Basis Membership Certificate.
12. Bidder must have specific experience certificate as tendered supply of Related Devices at least 02 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 02 (two) years, with a value above Tk. 10,00,000.00 in a single tender supply of specific items in Government sector/project and any Bank
13. Bank solvency with credit line minimum 20 lac. |
