INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Manufacturers/Traders/ Suppliers who satisfy the following:
a)Must be a Reputed Electro-Mechanical tools manufacturer/suppliers who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in relevant fields.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 1 Nos. Dual Channel Color Vibration analyzer with Balancing Feature along with miscellaneous accessories & related Services to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk.85.00 (Eighty Five) lac.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 1.00crores from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh mentioning the said amount.
d) Debarred tenderer from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization willbe treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e) The tenderer should have up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate up to the financial year 2023-24, VAT registration certificate.( BIN -13 digit ) and yearly turn-over.

Supply and Commissioning of Dual Channel Color Vibration analyzer with Balancing Feature with miscellaneous accessories and related services.
1) Demonstration: The tenderer must satisfactorily complete the demonstration of the equipment/device at client site. In addition, all spare parts, accessories, consumable goods must be supplied by the tenderer during commissioning at free of cost.
2)The tenderer must provide cost of free periodic calibration service for successfully commissioning the machine after 01 Year from the date of calibration.
3)The tenderer must arrange certified level-II training for recommended two Engineers within Warranty Period. In level-II training related all kind of expenses such as training arrangement, visa processing, accommodation, transportation, meals, daily allowance etc shall be bear by the tenderer.
4)The tenderer must arrange effective training with skilled trainer (Minimum Vibration Level-II Expert with practical experience of minimum 10 Years) at client site for ten personnel ranked Asst. Engineer or above. Durationof the training: 06 Days.
5)The tenderer must provide one (01) year free maintenance and troubleshooting services. In addition, all spare parts, accessories must be supplied by the tenderer for maintenance and troubleshooting at free of cost for 01 Year. |
