INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Pkg#GD-02/23-24: Supply, Installation, Testing, Balancing and Commissioning of Lot-1: VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) System Air Conditioning, Lot-2: Bus Bar Trunking System (BBT) and Lot-3: Elevators for 11 Storied Service Building, icddr,b • The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in the role of contractor or management contractor.
• The minimum 05 (five) years of specific experience as a Contractor in similar to the proposed Plant/Equipment and services/works in at least a number of 2 (two) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/VRF/ BBT/Elevator Technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least total Tk. 8.8 Crore or equivalent Foreign Currency or lot wise as follows:
o Lot#1 (VRF): 05 (five) years specific experience in relevant field with minimum 2 contract for similar works with a single contract for Tk. 6 Crore or equivalent foreign currency
o Lot#2 (BBT): 05 (five) years specific experience in relevant field with minimum 2 contract for similar works with a single contract for Tk. 80 Lac or equivalent foreign currency
o Lot#3 (Elevator): 05 (five) years specific experience in relevant field with minimum 2 contract for similar works with a single contract for Tk. 2 Crore or equivalent foreign currency and minimum 80 (Eighty) number of Offered Brand Elevator in Bangladesh.
• The required average total annual turnover shall be greater than 17 (seventeen) Crore within the last 3 (three) years or respective lot as follows:
o Lot#1 (VRF): annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10 (ten) Crore within the last 3 (three)
o Lot#2 (BBT): annual turnover shall be greater than 2 (two) Crore within the last 3 (three)
o Lot#3 (Elevator): annual turnover shall be greater than 5 (five) Crore within the last 3 (three)
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) Crore or lot wise as follows:
o Lot#1 (VRF): 3.5 Crore
o Lot#2 (BBT): 50 Lac
o Lot#3 (Elevator): 1 Crore

• The minimum 05 (five) years of specific experience as a Contractor in similar to the proposed IT Plant/Equipment and services/works in at least a number of 2 (two) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/IT Equipment/Accessories/CCTV technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2 (two) Crore or equivalent Foreign Currency experience in the role of contractor.
• The required average annual turnover shall be greater than 5 (five) Crore within the last 3 (three) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 1 (one) Crore.
