INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 03 (Three) years.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Hydrogen Gas of minimum Tk 1,60,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Sixty Lac only) under maximum 01 (One) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 1,80,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Eighty Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
d) A minimum supply capacity of Goods is/are: 9600 Cubic Meter (M3) of Hydrogen [Over the period of 01 (One) Year].
e) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008. |
