INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Bidder must be ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified. Valid Certificates must be submitted with the tender.
2. The fingerprint identification solution to be supplied must be one of the proprietary solutions of the Bidder. The fingerprint Identification solution must have high rank in FVC Ongoing Tests and also, should have records of being in one of the top positions in NIST PFT and MINEX test results.
3. The Bidder shall have sufficient and experienced technical resources in hardware deployment, software development, networking and database management.
4. The Bidder shall have a minimum of 12 years of general experience in the supply of goods and services related to biometric identification system in large scale Bangladesh Government/Semi-Government sectors.
5. The satisfactory completion/work in progress of bidder as specific experience of implementation of fingerprint identification solution under 03 (Three) Bangladesh Government projects in the last 10 (Ten) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
6. The fingerprint identification solution must be capable of verifying a record size of at least 100 (One hundred) million under any one project. At least one of the projects must have minimum contract value of BDT 70 (Seventy) crore.
7. Bidder must have at least one implementation experience of middleware or Data hub Systems in last 5 (five) years under any Government entity.
8. The required average annual turnover of the Bidder shall be at least of the amount of BDT 100 (One Hundred) Crore over any of the best 3 (Three) years in last 5 (Five) years.
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Bidder shall be BDT 70 (Seventy) Crore.
