INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers having five (5) years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier or Joint Venture Partner in supply and implementation of at least one SIEM Security solution completed over a period of five (5) years with a value of at least of Taka Three Crore (BDT 3,00,00,000.00) shall be required. The Tenderer may participate in the procurement proceedings forming a joint venture by an agreement, executed case by case on a non judicial stamp of BDT 300/- with the intent to enter into such an agreement supported by a letter of intent along with proposed agreement duly signed by all partners of the intended JV and authenticated by a Notary Public. Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required.
