INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the role of contractor or subcontractor in the field of aviation fuel projects related to Jet A-1 underground pipeline in any International Airport and will be familiar with relevant JIG and API codes/standards which will be strictly followed in design, construction and commissioning.
B)The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Subcontractor in similar to the proposed plant (Jet A-1 Pumping Facilities) and services shall be
a) Completed Design of Airport aviation fuel hydrant system equipped with in to hydrant pumps, filters, LDS (Leakage detection system of hydrant piping), ESD (Emergency Shutdown system), DCS (Distribution control system) and TGS (Tank gauging system) in the last 10 years and b) Completed storage tank of minimum capacity of 2,000 KL in oil industry with minimum financial value of US$ five (5) million, in the last 10 years under EPC /Turnkey basis.
C)The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 1000 million or equivalent USD 11.8 million within the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years.
D)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 200 million or equivalent USD 2.35 million. |
