Technical (Details mentioned in the Tender Document):
1. In the case of quoting for Package-23,36,37,39,40,41,42,43 & 44 Single lot Copy of valid Manufacturer’s authorized distributorship certificate/ Manufacturer’s authorization letter shall have to be submitted along with the tender failing which the tender for the Package-23,36,37,39,40,41,42,43 & 44 Single lot only shall be rejected .
2. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only.
4. The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50,000.00 (Taka Fifty Thousand) only for each Lot. The above condition is applicable for all the lots. (If a bidder participates in more than one lot of the same package or different packages then his equalled credit line(s) shall have to be more than the minimum amount required for the participating lots combined together.)

2. VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Line of credit (as per form PG 3A-8)
4. Tax Identification Number.
