Manufacturer:
a) Manufacturer must have valid API & ISO relevant certificate.
b) Manufacturer must submit API certificate of last 12 years.
c) Manufacturer has Overall 12 year’s experience of manufacturing.
d) Manufacturer have Overall 12 years of similar materials manufacturing and must have minimum 12 year’s proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificate.
e) Manufacturer must have API 16A, 4th edition facilities. All materials (lot-1 and Lot-2) tested as per API 16A, 4th edition.
f) Preferable manufacturer: Cameron, Hydril, NOV, Shafer, Manufacture Country of Origin USA, Canada, UK, EU, Russia, Japan, Singapore.
g) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender.
Supplier:
h) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
i) Supplier must be an Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare Parts & Rig Consumables products.
j) Supplier has Overall 12 year’s experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare Parts & Rig Consumables products.
k) Supplier must have Overall 12 year’s experience of similar materials Supply and must have 12 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03 end-user certificates.
l) Bonafide Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
