INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. The Tenderer shall be any Bangladeshi Company.
2. The Tenderer shall be Manufacturer’s Authorized Representatives/ Local agent of Manufacturer.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
4. The Manufacturer/Principal of the tenderer should have at least 5 (five) years of general experience in producing / manufacturing of Aviation Equipment / Electronics / Telecommunication including at least 3 (three) years of specific experience in producing/manufacturing/supplying with installation & commissioning of Drone Defence System.
5. The tenderer should have minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Telecommunication/Electronics/Electromechanical) of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.5Crore.
6. The Manufacturer should have satisfactory supplying and installation record of supply & installation of Drone Defence System at minimum 5 (five) different International airports/Government installations of European or American Continental countries. Moreover, among those airports/government installations, at least 01 (one) shall be located at International Airport of Europe or America for last one year.
7. Manufacturers must have at least ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management certification. Certificate to be provided with tender.
8. Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3Crore.
